- Data freshness: at most 1 hour old
- Self-service: no engineering needed for basic queries
Resources Needed
- 1 backend engineer (data pipeline)
- 1 frontend engineer (dashboard UI)
- 2-3 weeks of effort

This looks comprehensive. A few questions: - What's the expected data volume? - Do we need real-time updates or is hourly refresh acceptable?

Good questions! - Volume: ~10M events/day initially - Real-time would be nice but hourly is acceptable for v1
